안녕하세요. VPN 결제 관련하여 문의드립니다.
9월 4일 오전 11시 47분(한국 시간)에 처음 결제를 시도했으나, 카드 잔액 부족으로 인해 결제가 정상적으로 진행되지 않았습니다. 그래서 결제가 아예 취소된 것으로 알고 카드에 금액을 충전한 뒤, 다시 3개월 이용권(29,000원)을 결제했습니다.
그런데 확인해보니, 충전 직후 처음 결제가 자동으로 승인되면서 29,000원이 빠져나갔고, 이어서 제가 새로 결제한 금액까지 함께 결제되어 총 두 번(29,000원 × 2) 결제가 된 상태입니다. (이중 결제)
따라서 최초 결제 금액(29,000원)에 대해 환불을 요청드립니다. 확인 후 빠른 처리 부탁드립니다.
결제 내역:
9월 4일 11시 47분(한국 시간) – 결제 시도 (잔액 부족으로 미승인)
9월 4일 11시 49분(한국 시간) – 29,000원 결제 승인 (2건 발생)

Hello, I would like to ask about my VPN payment.
On September 4th at 11:47 AM (KST), I attempted a payment, but it was declined due to insufficient balance. I thought the payment was canceled, so after recharging my card, I purchased the 3-month plan (29,000 KRW) again.
However, right after recharging, the first payment attempt was automatically processed, and another 29,000 KRW was charged for the second purchase I made. As a result, I was charged twice (29,000 KRW × 2).
Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the first payment (29,000 KRW). Please check and process this issue as soon as possible.
Payment details:
September 4th, 11:47 AM (KST) – Payment attempt (declined due to insufficient balance)
September 4th, 11:49 AM (KST) – Payment processed (two charges of 29,000 KRW)
